Boy oh boy it has been another busy week here at Number Six Head Quarters. Deliveries are continuing to arrive with us thick and fast and we are working like Santa's little elf's (first coincidental reference to Christmas so far this year) to  get the gear live on the site so you can feast your eyes and get yourself looking all ship shape and Bristol fashion as the mercury on our thermometer plummets like a stone. A couple of things have just missed getting on todays newsletter with one being a very exciting European exclusive all the way from Japan by the name of Cosaels. More about that little beauty to come though and  in the meantime, check out this weeks haul of fine booty and rest assured that next week the bar is going to be well and truly raised. Trust us, it will be worth the wait. Right, now onto this week, and we were happy as ever to see the UPS man cross the threshold and onto the hallowed turf of Number Six with a small selection of Libertine Libertine to expand our already impressive offering of Autumn goods. We've the Triumph cardigan and three styles of the Hunter shirt; the later available in cinnamon brown, blue and a version they've christened 'Duffel Bag' green. Don't ask........we don't know why it is called 'Duffel Bag Green' either. The cinnamon and blue shirts are made from hearty cotton drill and feature coloured contrast buttons on the collar, the unusual buttons add a simple but welcome accent to the piece. The Hunter in green is made from a thinner brushed cotton that has a softer handle, featuring a medley of red and blues that make up the body of the checked fabric. This time the contrast buttons appear on the cuffs, with one red and one yellow button sitting together. Small details but ever so important as we are sure you'll agree. Heritage Research also continue to furnish the store with more of their autumn/winter range, with the arrival of two versions of their shawl neck USN Deck Clip jacket. The jacket is inspired by those worn on ships in the US navy during the 1940s; the clip fastenings were used to secure the front and provide easy access for navy officers braving the elements on deck. Now, in a slimmer more contemporary silhouette, Heritage Research breathe new life into what would have been a considerably more robust, bulkier item in times gone by. Perfect for braving the streets of East London (or anywhere else for that matter) on a stormy winter eve. Lastly, we have another considerable drop from our friends at Penfield in the form of a number of vest options with the Outback vest, Rockwool vest and Stapleton vest all making their debut in several colourways, along with the classic Rockford jacket and Rockwool jacket. Head over to our Penfield section to enjoy our spread of winter-ready attire. We promise you will have a 'vested' interest in what we have - sorry, couldn't resist it. Finally, before we shoot off, we are still offering FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING so be sure to take advantage while it lasts.
